1. How can I get customized service?

Customized products and solutions are one of Telsto's top advantages. We are happy to develop the desired products that fit our customers' needs. Just contact our sales team and give as much detail as possible about your specific requirements and we will find a solution that works for you.

2. What is Telsto's product quality assurance?

Telsto provides trusted quality service to our customers around the world. Telsto was awarded ISO9001 Quality Management System Certification.

3. Does Telsto offer a warranty?

Telsto offers 2-year limited warranties on all of our products. Please see our detailed warranty policy for more information.

4. What are Telsto's terms of payment?

A telegraphic transfer in advance is the standard payment method. Telsto may be able to agree to more flexible terms with regular customers or customers with special large orders or products. If you have any questions or concerns pertaining to payment, please contact us and one of our customer sales representatives will be on hand to assist you.

5. What are your packaging methods?

At Telsto, most of our items are packed in 5-layer corrugated standard boxes, then packed with fasten belt on the pallet with wrap film.

6. When can I expect to receive my order?

Most of our orders (90%) are sent to the client within three weeks from the date of the order confirmation. Larger orders may take a bit longer. In all, 99% of all orders are ready to be delivered within 4 weeks after order confirmation.

7. Is there a minimum quantity for each order?

Most of products are not needed, except for some customized items. As we understand that some customers may only need a small amount of our product or wish to try us out for the first time. We do, however, add a $30 surcharge to all orders under $1,000 (excluding delivery and insurance) to cover order handing and extra expenses.

8. How do I become Telsto's partner?

If you are in the telecommunications industry and have a proven record of success in your local market, you can apply to become a distributor from your region. If you are interested in being a distributor for Telsto, please contact us by e-mail with your profile and 3-year business plan attached.

9. What are Telsto’s main products?

10. Does Telsto participate in any trade shows or exhibitions?

Yes, we participate international exhibitions such as the ICT COMM, GITEX, CommunicAsia etc.
